One of my favourite places to be believe it or not is in my treatment space. My clients often say how it feels like I’ve moved things around, and how it always feels so good. One of the biggest parts of working with energetics is to consistently make sure that I am staying up on my own spiritual hygiene, as well as the space I’m working in - as it is constantly speaking to me about what needs to go, and what needs to be moved where. Funny storey about this…

I was making the drive up to Sudbury from London when my daughter was 3 months old.. little did I know upon arrival that I would start having this immense pain, and hard spots from not nursing as often.

I started the protocol at my friends place of heat, pumping, massaging the sore spots on my breast, eating raw garlic and chasing it with high Vitamin C smoothie..

We had plans to travel even further north up-to Timmins.. so away we went.. with a cabbage head on my passenger seat.. placing a fresh piece in my bra every 30 mins or so. There was something hilarious to me about throwing wilted b**b cabbage out the window on this northern adventure, and also will always cherish this knowledge, as it worked for me!
