I was looking up National Days of Celebration and saw that I recently missed National Sunflower Day on August 3rd! I love sunflowers and thought I would share some from my garden with you all.
Did you know that gardening is a great form of gentle exercise - it can improve balance, strength and flexibility. There are also benefits to mental health - gardening can reduce stress, lighten your mood, and lower levels of stress and anxiety. I hope you enjoy their beauty as much I as do 😀
