Tonight’s practice is a blend of learning + experiencing meditation.
Each Tuesday we focus on:
• Understanding why meditation works
• Building attention, awareness & self-regulation
• Normalizing wandering minds, sensations & emotions

What to expect:
• A few minutes of gentle teaching
• Guided meditation
• Quiet reflection + optional journaling at the end

⏰ Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in (starts at 7PM)
📵 Phones off or on silent
📓 Bring a journal or paper if you’d like

Think of Tuesdays as Meditation Literacy + Embodied Practice — a supportive space to learn, feel, and build confidence over time.

It’s about learning how to meet your life with a little more calm, clarity, and support — exactly as you are.

At Grounded Kids, you’ll get to move, play, and learn cool mindfulness tricks to help you handle big feelings and stressful moments. Together we’ll explore ways to:
🌈 Stay calm when things feel tough
💪 Understand your emotions and what they’re trying to tell you
🧘‍♀️ Find simple tools to feel more focused and balanced

💖 For Love
I’ll write out exactly what I desire in love — clearly and from the heart. I’ll read it aloud 8 times in the morning and 8 times in the evening, then place it under my pillow to activate the energy in my dreams.

💸 For Wealth
I’ll be creating a Money Bowl Spell (more on that soon 👀) to call in abundance, opportunity, and overflow.

So often, we rush to silence that nagging voice of doubt, fear, or self-criticism. But what if, instead, we slowed down… and listened?

Even the most successful athletes, artists, and creators experience moments of deep self-questioning. What sets them apart isn’t the absence of an inner critic—it’s the willingness to sit with it, reflect, and use it as fuel to grow.

💭 Imagine letting your inner critic guide you:
✅ To pause and reconsider your next move
