CBD can help your muscles recover from a workout faster and is also an antioxidant that allows your muscles to absorb MORE oxygen while you are exercising.
CBD can also help limit muscle soreness and inflammation after your workout.
CBD is not psycho active but may be included in Urine Tox Screens for Professional Athletes, always check with a doctor before starting CBD if you are regularly urine tested or are taking any other medications.

Do you have Chronic Pain?
Chronic pain is classified as any pain in the body lasting for more than 3 months. This can be Neuropathic Pain, Mechanical Pain, Muscle Pain or Inflammatory Pain. It can be the result of an injury (even after healing), an underlaying medical condition (ex arthritis) or can have no known cause (Fibromyalgia).
CBD is an anti-inflammatory that can help eliminate chronic pain during the day. As CBD is non-psychoactive, it is safe to take during the day and has been found to have better pain control and less side effects than Opioid medications.
THC has been found to be helpful in keeping chronic pain sufferers asleep through the night and not be woken up by their pain. THC is psychoactive so it is not safe to take before driving or going to work. THC is often taken at night in combination with CBD which helps the patient get a good nights sleep without any negative side effects. Cannabis is a natural pain reliever and is used as an alternative to synthetic pain relievers and does not have the same addictive properties that Opioids have.

What is CBN?
CBN is a minor cannabidiol that has anti-inflammatory and sedative properties. CBN has become increasingly popular and is available on both the medical and recreational markets! Several Licensed Producers are carrying multiple products containing CBN, from oils to edibles to vapes!
Studies have shown that when you combine THC and CBN, it will significantly improve the quality of sleep in people experiencing sleeplessness or insomnia.

Next in the series of terpenes & terpenoids is Linalool. Linalool is found in bay leaf, coriander and lavender. It has a very sweet and pleasant fragrance that can be calming.

Linalool is not usually found in high quantities in cannabis but can nevertheless have beneficial effects. It has very little risk of adverse side effects and does not accumulate in the body like many other terpenes and terpenoids.
