We are currently experiencing a significant staffing shortage due to circumstances beyond our control. As a result, some appointment schedules have been affected. All impacted patients have been notified via email, and we are actively working to recruit additional team members to restore our full capacity as quickly as possible.

We are committed to providing safe and high-quality care to every patient. However, due to current staffing levels, there is a limit to the number of appointments we can accommodate each day. To ensure our team is not overextended—protecting both their well-being and the quality of care we provide—we kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time. All patient concerns and needs are be addressed as quickly as possible.

Please remember to always treat others with respect and kindness. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward anyone is not welcome at Health Zone.

Important update regarding our phone system!
Due to an increased number of phone calls to the clinic, Health Zone NPLC has needed to make changes to our phone system. In order to serve you better, we have moved to a phone queuing system.

When you call, you will be placed in a queue to wait for the next available member of our admin team. You will hear your position number in the queue, as well as hold music.

Once you are at the front of the queue, your call will be answered by one of our staff. If there is no one available to answer your call, you will be given the option to leave a message, which will be returned as soon as possible.

We are doing our best to make sure that wait times remain as short as possible. If you are unable to wait to speak to someone, you can book an appointment with your provider online, using the link below.
