Caring for a loved one can be difficult, especially if you're struggling to care for yourself.

Ontario residents, if you need help as caregiver, join South West Self-Management’s free, six-week, online Powerful Tools For Caregivers workshop series! Gather with fellow caregivers to learn effective tools and strategies you can use to manage stress, communicate better, and find resources in your community.

The series will be held on Tuesdays from March 24 - April 28, 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
