What is it like ageing in Canada?

The National Institute on Ageing has released its 2025 Survey results, examining the perceptions and experiences of older people in Canada, from access to healthcare, to retirement, financial security, and ageism, among other topics.

A must read to inform effective policy and programs and to ensure that we address the urgent challenges facing older Canadians so we can all age well, with health, dignity, purpose and agency.

Extended Families Support Services is excited to support the London Food Bank as our community comes together for this year’s Santa Rockin Wonderland Parade.
The holiday season is a special time for connection and giving, and this event is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate both. If you are able, please consider bringing a non-perishable food donation to help families in our city. Every small act of kindness makes a meaningful difference.
We hope to see many of you joining the fun and spreading holiday cheer throughout London.

Join us this Saturday, November 15th to kick off the 2025 holiday season with London's Santa Rockin Wonderland Santa Claus Parade!

Dress for the weather, and come down to Dundas St. between Ontario St. and Rideout St. for the parade to begin at 6pm.

Bring your Christmas cheer, and if you are able, a non-perishable food donation for the London Food Bank.
