Hi, my name is Alexis, and my goal is to provide others with information and recommendations to live more naturally through practical tips, real food recipes, natural remedies and more. It all started for me almost a 2 years ago when my friend and I was sitting in the doctor's office, waiting on the result for her leaky gut syndrome and reading a magazine that was sitting on the side table. In that magazine, there was a section about the benefits of bone broth and how miraculous it has been throughout the years. Its endless benefits have been proven to cure cancer, and heal leaky gut for good! That hit me like a ton of bricks! I was sitting in the doctor's office for something that we could have possibly had the cure for. Even though it was not a life-threatening illness, It still could have been prevented. That day, my life changed and I decided to start my own blog. My goal is to help make the transition to living naturally easier for you than it has been for me and to share my own journey with bone broth (since we’re always learning and growing).
