In honour of World Breastfeeding Week (August 1st-7th), I am officially announcing my Lactation 101 class!

This class is designed to take in your third trimester of pregnancy to prepare you for the basics of nursing your baby.

Because I truly believe that every single person deserves access to breastfeeding support, my first two classes will be pay what you can ♡ These will be group classes held on Zoom, but look out for group or private in-person classes in the future.

In this class we'll cover:
- infant feeding methods
- myths & misconceptions
- lactation basics
- hormones
- latching your baby
- troubleshooting common concerns
- hunger cues
- soothing baby
- nutrition & so much more!

I'll teach you how to build your community of support & prompt reflection.

You'll leave this class with your own first 48 plan, 6 week plan and knowledge on preparing your postpartum nest.

Included in this class are hand outs and activities to help you on your journey.

I’m not your pink and blue, cutesy doula booking you in for one prenatal visit, one birth, one postpartum visit. You hire me… I’m yours. I provide decadent, over the top support to remind you of your power, your knowledge, your beauty; and I’m going to give you everything I’ve got!

I’m your wild, cheering you on the at top of my lungs, holding your hair back while you puke, calling your bu****it doula. I know you can do this.

Are you ready to dive in with both feet and create the birth of your dreams? It’s possible, and you’ve got this!

I have always been the person to drop off a hot meal when life is hectic, and supporting people during the transition times of life is a true honour. In 2014, I certified as a Sacred Pregnancy Instructor. I added Holistic Massage training to my skills shortly afterwards, and then came full circle to become a doula.
