As-salamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu

Over the past many years, London has had, in some form, a committee dedicated to assisting the spiritual growth of converts—one of the most recent being Convert Wellness Caravan. This program was developed with the assistance of Muslim Wellness Network on the premise of converts serving other converts to Islam.

Because Convert Wellness Caravan understands the unique challenges and concerns facing converts. as many of us have lived through them personally, CWC caters programs and services to meet their needs.

Convert Wellness Caravan currently offers a variety of services including: Islam and Quran 101/102, prayer tutorials, companionship/mentorship, socials, iftar dinners, Travelling Hijab Box, consultations with individuals, their families, institutions and organizations (Muslim and non-Muslim), provides Islamic materials (prayer mats, Qurans, books, etc.), provide direction to trusted local scholars/institutions as well as community resources etc.

Despite the significant growth and support Convert Wellness caravan has seen from the community since it’s establishment in 2022, Muslim Wellness Network has decided they wish to take their in-house convert care program in a different direction.

At this time, CWC is pleased to announce this mainstay organization will continue to operate independent of a parent organization.

Convert Wellness Caravan looks forward to this new chapter and to continuing to serve for the sake of Allah SWT and the betterment of both convert and wider Muslim communities in London and surrounding area.

Jazak allahu Khairan to the various Islamic institutions, groups, individuals and the greater Muslim community who believe in our mission and who continue to support CWC.

Convert Wellness
Caravan has a volunteer opportunity for you. We are looking for volunteer(s) to create our digital posters advertising our on-going programs, lectures, socials etc. to be distributed on our various social media platforms. You too can be part of the CWC crew and help propel and grow convert services in our community while gaining some valuable experience in advertising/graphic design.

Friendly reminder that Quran 101 with Br. Robert and Sr Reem starts this week on Wednesday January 15 at 7pm @ Hyatt Mosque. This course is designed for beginners/non-arabic speakers.
This program is free for converts and their family/spouse

On behalf of the Convert Wellness Caravan, we wanted to thank Southside Hakka and Momo House (699 Wilkins) for hosting us this past Thursday.

The friendly owner and staff served up a really delicious halal menu. They are conveniently located next to Mona’s Fine Meats.
May Allah reward them for having us!

We will be starting the Quran 101 classes for converts again Insha Allah Wednesdays at 7pm at Hyatt Mosque.
