1:1 Micro Resets are 30-minute sessions designed to be the "reset" for your day

These Micro Reset Sessions will help you support your body and mind to get out of stress mode, through evidence-informed relaxation, and regulation techniques.

How it works:
1️⃣ Book your slot In-Clinic.
2️⃣ Arrive as you are (Wired, tired, or scattered).
3️⃣ Choose your path: We’ll decide together what your system needs.

You choose the modality(s): Do you need the gentle energy of Reiki, the deep physical support of Restorative Yoga, the nervous system settling of Craniosacral Therapy, or the balancing of the body, mind, and soul through sound instruments, breathing and/or meditation practices??

You choose the Theme: Are we focused on a Mental De-clutter, Physical Tension Release, a Deep Fatigue Reset, a Grounding Session, or an Emotional Release Reset, just to name a few?

Then I take it from there.

Meditation. Everyday Strategies Part 2 (Week 9)

Every week, I will provide you with one strategy that you can implement at home or in the comfort of your own space. These techniques will be therapeutic, holistic, or relaxational. We can use these strategies for 5 minutes a day, at any time, whether in the morning, midday, or at night, whenever you need them. You can be in the middle of a lot going on, and just take 5 minutes for yourself.

Today's technique I'll be talking about meditation in part 1 and doing a short meditation in part 2. In part 2 if you want to put on any relaxing music while hearing it, I'd recommend that.

Stretching or chair yoga - Everyday Strategies (Week 8)

Every week, I will provide you with one strategy that you can implement at home or in the comfort of your own space. These techniques will be therapeutic, holistic, or relaxational. We can use these strategies for 5 minutes a day, at any time, whether in the morning, midday, or at night, whenever you need them. You can be in the middle of a lot going on, and just take 5 minutes for yourself.

Today's technique is doing some chair yoga or stretches in your chair, at your desk, etc. Always listen to your body and do things at your pace.

Try this the next time your energy feels heavy - Everyday Strategies (Week 7)

You can be in the middle of a lot going on, and just take 5 minutes for yourself.

Today's technique is protecting or clearing your energy. We need to be mindful of the energy we put out there, but we can also absorb a lot of energy everyday, be it our own, others, in our environment, like electromagnetic waves etc. These strategies just helps us go about our day feeling more refreshed, and clear of energy we don't need.

Everyday Strategies: Opening up the shoulders, posture, and the neck ( Week 6)

Every week, I will provide you with one strategy that you can implement at home or in the comfort of your own space. These techniques will be therapeutic, holistic, or relaxational. We can use these strategies for 5 minutes a day, at any time, whether in the morning, midday, or at night, whenever you need them. You can be in the middle of a lot going on, and just take 5 minutes for yourself.

Today's technique is a restorative yoga pose called supported bound angle pose. It’s good for anyone working on recovering from an injury, after a workout, are feeling burntout, or if you just need to rest and relax. Hold this just at least 2 to 5 minutes, using whatever breathing techniques, and calming music you like. Do this regularly and at your own risk, pace and listening to your body.
