Meditation. Everyday Strategies Part 2 (Week 9)
Every week, I will provide you with one strategy that you can implement at home or in the comfort of your own space. These techniques will be therapeutic, holistic, or relaxational. We can use these strategies for 5 minutes a day, at any time, whether in the morning, midday, or at night, whenever you need them. You can be in the middle of a lot going on, and just take 5 minutes for yourself.
Today's technique I'll be talking about meditation in part 1 and doing a short meditation in part 2. In part 2 if you want to put on any relaxing music while hearing it, I'd recommend that.
