Today (Friday, March 13th) from 10am-1pm and tomorrow (March 14th) from 10am-2pm is the Grand Opening Celebration of the first leisure learning lab in Canada, and it's happening right here in London. Created by Jess Jones Recreation Therapy Inc., the Leisure Learning Lab (3L) is a hub for connection, creativity, and the lost art of leisure. Jessie has literally created a space to create space, and our minds are blown!

We are looking forward to so many community events, curated programs, and meaningful experiences to come.

We are thrilled to be supporting Children's Health Foundation and TVCC this weekend at the StarTech.com Community Centre, YMCA, & Library for their March Break Walk & Roll event!
If you are participating, please bring your hearing devices for a complimentary tune up, and any hearing healthcare questions you have. Our experts will be on site to offer guidance, cleaning & minor repairs.

Join TVCC, in partnership with the Children’s Health Foundation, Beck Hearing Aid Centre, and our friends at the StarTech YMCA Community Centre, for a fun and energizing way to shake off the winter blues—the March Break Walk and Roll program!

Bring your family and enjoy access to a beautiful public indoor walking track, along with engaging weekly activities designed to get everyone moving.

Each session offers open track time, opportunities to meet and connect with other TVCC families, and access to knowledgeable staff from TVCC and our partner organizations who will be on hand to answer questions and provide support.

- Mar 14 11am-1pm: Zines workshop - Design and create a mini-magazine from start to finish!
- March 21 11am-1pm: : Mindful Martial Arts - Join TVCC in some mindful martial arts practice, designed to encourage awareness of one's body and self.

Did you know that over over 90 million children worldwide, between 5 and 19 years of age, live with hearing loss?

We're fortunate in Canada to have an effective newborn screening program, but it's crucial to maintain these systematic screenings and ensure early intervention to prevent long-term impacts on development, education, and future opportunities.

Over 60% of childhood hearing loss is preventable, so let's make sure we aren't letting any of our children fall through the cracks.

This is Adnan.

He is the SECOND winner from our Gift of Hearing holiday campaign, and we were thrilled to award such a deserving recipient with this life-changing prize.

Adnan is a devoted husband and father whose entire family nominated him. We will share their stories in an upcoming blog, and promise you will be as touched as we were.

Today was the first step - a thorough medical history, examination and hearing assessment. Now that we know what Adnan needs (and what he's already tried, unsuccessfully) we can customize a treatment plan that will deliver the outcomes he deserves.

🎶 If you recognize this little yellow box of joy, it's probably time for a hearing assessment! 😂

Ah, the freedom and absolute thrill that came with walking (dare I say, strutting) down the street with this baby on your hip and those soft foam headphones blasting into your ears.

We were young, wild and bulletproof!
