Our clinic manager, Sydney, added a super fun element to our staff morning yesterday. We played a Beck / Hearing Healthcare themed Jeopardy!

Our insanely smart teams ended up tying and everyone won a home-baked cinnamon roll (thanks Tamara!).

If you are a client at our South Clinic, you've probably been greeted with Tamara's warm smile and professional care.

Tamara is one of our newest employees, and has been supporting our clinicians and patients at the Thompson Road location since the fall. She is one of the friendly voices on your reminder calls, and keeps us all on schedule.

We are grateful for Tamara's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to best practices in everything she does. We are thrilled that she has joined Team Beck and has made our transition to a 3-clinic chain so much fun.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an incredible appointment with Emma at the clinic on Gainsborough.
I was a client at a competitor’s clinic and came home very unhappy; I was not happy being asked to take a cognitive test. It was voluntary but had so many flaws. Then my hearing test was deemed no change and despite my concerns that I was not hearing conversations clearly and felt the ongoing tinnitus was interfering with my understanding conversations, I left without a solution.

I heard Treva’s commercial on the radio and called for an appointment. I brought with me my client and friend who has dementia and required a hearing test. Emma was so patient, caring, and professional. She cleared my client’s ears of wax which improved her hearing considerably.

My hearing test was like no other. Emma determined I did have a change in my hearing, and she managed to pair a white noise to my tinnitus. What a relief. I tested a new model of hearing aids while mine were on order. What a difference! Glad I am a Beck client.

UPDATE
Enjoying the relief my new hearing aids are bringing to my daily life. I am a caregiver 24/7 to a dementia patient so having the hearing and especially the tinnitus problem solved has been such a relief.

Meet April, one of our newest employees at the Central clinic. April joined Team Beck in the fall, and you may not have had a chance to meet her because she spends most of her time toiling away in the back office!

April has a keen eye for detail, and loves to solve operational challenges with a patient, data-driven approach. She loves to learn, and has been delving into processes, workflow, and inventory management while supporting the entire team with various administrative projects.
