📅 May is Better Speech and Hearing Month in Canada, and this year's theme is Access Changes Everything.

Beginning Monday, May 11th we will be offering extended hours for those clients who work and don't want to take time off for hearing care appointments.

You asked, and we listened.

Our new extended hours are Monday through Wednesday from 8am to 6pm at our Central Avenue clinic only.

To book your early or late appointment, reach out online or by phone, or stop into one of our 3 London clinics.

Today is Administrative Professionals Day. 🥰

To say we appreciate our admin staff is an understatement. We simply could not function without them, but they bring so much more to the team than organization and task management.

We joke that our Clinic Manager, Sydney, is their "handler" but it's not far off. She always knows where everyone needs to be and what the best use of their time is on a given day. She absolutely is the glue that holds this place together!

Client Care Manager Kasia ensures the team is delivering on our promise of the best care and customer service in the business. It's amazing how she shows up every day with a bounce in her step and a smile on her face, keeping everyone else motivated and accountable.

Tamara and April support both of them, as well as each clinician, and manage to keep all the balls in the air while helping our clients on the phone and in clinic. Their unique skills and attention to detail ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

This whole team comes together to optimize our processes, constantly reviewing and revising things to improve our patient experience, and keeps the vibe high across all 3 clinics. They are the heartbeat of Team Beck, and we are so grateful for their incredible efforts and teamwork!
