I am a Registered Massage Therapist and Equine Massage Therapist with a background in competitive equestrian sport, including western games, hunter/jumpers, eventing, and now dressage.

My goal is to help both horse and rider perform at their best, in harmony. I combine my knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement to support recovery, performance, and overall well-being through personalized treatment plans.

My passion for massage therapy comes from personal experience. After suffering three sports-related concussions in high school, I dealt with chronic migraines and pain—massage therapy played a huge role in my recovery and inspired my career path. My interest in equine massage began when my event horse was injured, showing me the impact bodywork can have in rehabilitation.

I offer a range of treatments including sports massage, deep tissue, cupping, Indian head massage, acupressure for headaches, and relaxation massage. I’m currently taking an medical acupuncture course through McMaster University.

Outside of my business I enjoy trail riding, hiking, camping with my dog, reading, and art.

This Treatment is covered by most benefit plans when performed by an RMT as it is a modality of massage therapy.

A therapeutic head, neck and face treatment to relax and unwind. This soothing treatment will help if you carry a lot of stress. Have chronic tension headaches. Or just looking for something new and luxurious. Do not plan to go anywhere after this treatment as you will have oil in your hair.

NOT RECOMMENDED for individuals with ongoing vertigo or whiplash associated disorder or symptoms.

To keep my schedule fair, grounded, and accessible for everyone, I ask all patients to be mindful of how often appointments are changed on short notice. My practice is small, and frequent cancellations or rescheduling can impact the flow of care I’m able to offer.

Please only book appointments when you’re confident you can keep them. If you have a history of frequent cancellations or rescheduling (even with proper notice), I may reach out to discuss this. In these cases, a non-refundable treatment fee paid in advance will be required to book your next appointment.

Frequent changes include:
Three or more short-notice (within a week of the appointment) cancellations or reschedules.

If this pattern starts to develop, I may take the following steps to support smoother scheduling:
Pre-payment will be required to secure future appointments.
You may be asked to book one appointment at a time instead of multiple in advance.
In ongoing or repeated situations, I may pause future bookings until consistency improves.

These boundaries help protect my time, energy, and appointment availability for all patients—while still holding space for the realities of life. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting a balanced practice.
