This is a very common question in my clinic and my first suggestion is always to get assessed by a knowledgeable health care practitioner. They should be employing a plan to correct any underlying mobility issues and biomechanical faults. The orthotics should be utilized in conjunction. I have found that they are best utilized in situations when you are testing your standing and walking tolerance. They can be effective for plantar fasciitis, low back pain, knee/hip issues, foot disorders, leg length issues, and many more common problems.
