We are already halfway into June and that means heartworm season has officially started here in Ontario! Have you picked up and started your dog's heartworm prevention yet? If not, please reach out to us by phone or email. Our team would be happy to help determine whether your dog is due for heartworm screening this year and get their prevention set aside and ready for pickup. Heartworm screening tests are discounted until July 31st so contact us as soon as possible to take advantage of the savings! 🦟

Change in Saturday Phone Hours

Please note that due to limited staffing on Saturdays that we will no longer be answering our phones after 10:30am. If you are trying to get in for a same day appointment please call when we open at 8am. If it is after 10:30am and you are in need of a medication refill or need to order food send us an email but please be aware it may not be ready for pickup until the following Monday. For all emergencies we recommend contacting Southwest Veterinary Hospital on Wharncliffe Rd. at 519-672-1623 or London Regional Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital on Adelaide St. N at 519-432-3300.

Family Day Weekend Hours

If you are in need of food or a medication refill for your pet(s) before the long weekend please reach out to let us know as soon as possible. Friendly reminder that compounded medications take a minimum of 48-72 hours to be delivered. The deadline for the last order to our regular supplier for food and other medications prior to the weekend will be 12pm on Thursday, with these items arriving sometime Friday afternoon.
