Our professionals are not only focused on returning active people to their active lives through diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, we are also dedicated to educating patients on how to prevent injury and stay healthy. Working with our partners, we innovate patient care and treatment through research, and develop the field through professional education and advocacy. With the support and collaboration of London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) and Western University, as well as through philanthropy, we are actively working toward our vision of developing, and deploying new models of care that will be both more efficient and more effective. Bryan completed the fellowship in 2016-2017 and an advanced fellowship in 2017-2018. Throughout his career, Bryan has been involved with Western Mustangs Football (U Sports), the London Knights (OHL), London Junior Knights, and Hockey Canada, bringing high-performance standards wherever he goes.

As we celebrate over 30 years of the program, we’ll be sharing stories and insights from former fellows who have gone on to build meaningful careers in sport medicine.

Osteoporosis is a condition where bone mass and bone tissue weaken, increasing the risk of fractures — most commonly in the spine, hip, and wrist.

Physiotherapy plays an important role in osteoporosis care by:
