Our Story
Hi, my names Nicole, thanks for checking out my page. I am a freelance yoga teacher certified with Yoga Alliance 200 hr, Certified Prenatal Yoga teacher and reiki practitioner. Teaching yoga has been such a beautiful opportunity for me to learn from my students, and has also been a privledge for me to provide space for others to grow and blossom. I strive to teach from the heart, thats my philosophy. An open heart & open mind. My Passion is helping others feel more connected to the present moment through breath work and mindfulness techniques.
I run prenatal Yoga classes in my home for expecting mamas, Rooftop community Yoga class in the summer & also enjoy working within my community running family yoga classes. This summer I will be teaching at the Laughing Goat Yoga Studio on Thorndale Road. I’ll be working with little baby goats ( I love animals) so i’m very excited to spend my summer days here. Come out and join us July 16th.
