We are very excited to have Lauren Gallagher join us on May 1st at Seminars on Audition. As an experienced genetic counsellor and clinical leader specializing in early hearing detection and intervention, Lauren has played a key role in developing Ontario Infant Hearing Program initiatives, including the launch of the world’s first hearing-loss-risk-factor screen using newborn dried blood spots to identify congenital CMV and genetic risk factors for permanent hearing loss.
It's not as simple as just OAEs anymore, and we invite you to learn with us about how IHP services have changed. When friends, family, or patients ask about screenings for their newest addition, you'll be happy you did.
