I love this therapists videos! This is a great way to relieve tension in your neck in between massages. (I work on this muscle on about 90% of the massages I do so it’s a common one to get tight)
We have lacrosse balls available at the off ice for purchase but a tennis ball can do the trick as well.
Also placing the ball into a long sock can help you readjust it more easily once you’re in position 😊
