What is Reiki?

She has taken her training directly from William Lee Rand, founder and president of The International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). The 3 Pillars of Reiki.

Making use of the 3 pillars of Reiki gives you several advantages: they prepare you to give Reiki, increase the flow of Reiki energy, and determine where the client needs Reiki. Engaging the 3 pillars helps ensure that the session is given while one is in a ‘healing’ state.
