Tomate. Dentifrice. Citron. Aspirine.
Je vois encore ça trop souvent des recettes magiques.

Résultat :

Looking back at 2016, I wish I had documented my journey back then. Looking back i didn’t have plan or strategy for the future … I was surviving. Riding the waves. Taking it one day at a time whilst trusting God. Back then I had a mobile spa, it was fun driving around Cape Town ending the work day on the beach or my favourite restaurant. It was a different life. If I had to go back to that season I’d encourage my younger self to find joy in the midst of the chaos, telling her it’s okay to look ahead with hope but you have to enjoy today in the mean time; and one more thing I believe in you ❤️

After three burnouts in 2025, I decided to be more intentional about my health in 2026 by making time to show up for me first.

As an entrepreneur, I realized that burnout is not a badge of honour, and I read somewhere that burnout is self-abandonment 😳. I am doing things differently in 2026. What about you?
