Jason has been sharing Reiki since 2013, holding space for many with his grounded, intuitive energy. He is also my personal go-to practitioner when I need extra support along my own healing journey-his presence is deeply caring, steady, and nurturing.

Enjoy the healing energy of nature in an evening of Forest Bathing Therapy. Lower your stress hormone levels, enhance your mental well-being, and head home with an overall sense of connectedness, peace and clarity.
Join us Wednesday June 25th. We will meet at Turner Valley Library Parking lot at 5:50 and we will car pool out to the trail head in Kananaskis for a 2 hour session in nature. We will return to the parking lot for 9pm.
