Happy Mother’s Day to the women who remind us all what it means to truly mother this world.

Women who hold space with compassion, lead with love, inspire growth, leave traces of healing in all they touch, and remind others of their own light simply by the way they move through life.

Let’s honour this sacred journey of motherhood….this world could use a little more nurturing, softening, guidance and love…..as these qualities will help shape and heal future generations.

Happy Earth Day 🌿

I feel so deeply blessed to get to explore this planet that we call home. (Sharing a few experiences)

To walk her paths…
To breathe her air…
To witness her beauty...

Let your feet touch the ground, your eyes gaze toward the sky and pause….notice the colors, the textures, the quiet rhythms that exist without effort. Let your body return to a slower, more natural rhythm.

The Earth doesn’t rush. She doesn’t force.
She simply is… and invites us to do the same.

We are not separate from nature.
We are expressions of it.

Our bodies carry the same intelligence as the trees, the rivers, the soil…and when we reconnect, even for a moment… something within us RE-MEMBERS.

So today, and any day you need it…step outside and let the Earth embrace you.

FULL life Aries reset 🔥

This isn’t subtle for me.

With everything activating 0° Aries, it’s hitting every angle of my chart 🔥(self, relationships, home, and career.)

I can feel it moving through me.

This feels like an initiation point…
into a deeper, more fully expressed version of who I already am.
