October has been a whirlwind of a month, but it’s been an amazing one!! ✨

I’m so excited for everything coming up in November. We’ve got another Beaumont Wellness Retreat on November 30th, and a wonderful Heart Connect Healing session on November 26th.

We also have Reiki Master Level III training coming up on November 8th!

When heart-led leaders gather, the air itself begins to shift.

The Inspire & Awaken summit, created and guided by my coach, my friend, and my steady light , was so much more than an event. It was vibration. Healing. Remembering. Every person in that room was changed in some way, myself included.

To my dear friend and coach, Ally… thank you for creating this living, breathing experience of connection and truth. Every heart was touched, every story shared rippled through the collective in ways words can’t quite capture. It was an honour to stand alongside you, to speak, to witness, and to feel the magic that happens when purpose and heart align.

You’ve been such a steady guide in my life, someone who listens deeply, challenges me to grow, and reminds me of my own strength when I forget. I’m endlessly grateful for your wisdom, kindness, and friendship. I can’t wait to see where our journey takes us next.
