We’re getting ready to launch Year One of our online, self paced Zen Shiatsu Therapist Program and we’d love to share more about it with you.

Chris has trusted me with his healing journey for more than three years following a traumatic brain injury that many believed would never improve. To witness the continued progress he is experiencing, eight years after his injury, is incredibly moving.

March carries the energy of the Wood Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Wood represents growth, expansion, vision, and forward movement. It is the energy of spring beginning to rise after winter’s stillness.

The Wood Element is connected to the Liver and Gallbladder, the eyes, and the tendons. When balanced, this energy helps us feel clear, purposeful, and able to move forward with direction. When blocked, it can show up as frustration, tension, or anger.

To support the Wood Element this month, focus on light, fresh foods, add slightly sour flavors like lemon, stretch the body, and spend time in nature.
