A theme I’m witnessing again and again in coaching here in NL, across Canada, and internationally:

Women and men are creating healthier boundaries and learning to choose love without sacrificing themselves or harming others. ✨

Choosing love doesn’t mean accepting everything, discernment is necessary to determine what is or is not aligned.

Compassion doesn’t mean compromising your values or self-respect.

Even when you choose calm.
Even when you choose love.
Some people may still choose conflict.

Words shared with me that may resonate:
Observe, don’t absorb.

How you respond to life is your declaration. That response shapes the reality you are co-creating.

Standing in your truth doesn’t mean fighting someone else’s projections. It means holding your boundaries and allowing others their own experience without judgement.

Make your peace non-negotiable. ♾️🕊️✨

Why train in Reiki Level 2? (Please Note that Reiki Level 1 Is a prerequisite)

- you are a Registered Massage Therapist or in Healthcare and interested in obtaining CEUs in a complimentary modality
- You want self care tools you can use in your personal practice
- Your energy sensitive or empathic and searching for a grounding spiritual practice
- you would like another tool to manage your physical pain
- You want to offer Reiki to clients

In Level 2 you will:
* Review Level 1 Reiki
* use Reiki Level 2 symbols to support family, friends, and pets with gentle hands on healing
* learn Symbols for distance reiki and the emotional and mental healing technique
* Understand and practice distance Reiki, energetic boundaries and grounding
* Integrate Reiki into daily life (and existing bodywork, if applicable)

You will Receive:
* Reiki Level 2 attunements
* Hands-on practice
* learn to draw and use the level 2 Reiki Symbols
* Level 2 Manual
* Certificate with my CRA number allowing you to register with the Canadian Reiki Association

Grateful for yesterday’s snowmobile ride, stopping to cook up and a peaceful snowshoe through the woods.

Scott sat on a tree to cook lunch it cracked and I got a pic of his fall. He got me back when I tripped over a tree snowshoeing 😂

Hoping today’s rain doesn’t wash all the snow away just yet. ❄️

The Universe is always whispering through signs, synchronicities, and gentle nudges. The pictures in this post are messages that have I received in my feed over the last few days that resonated strongly with me and I know they are all synchronicities. Do they resonate with you?

At every threshold, we are given a sacred choice to either remain comfortable where it feels familiar and safe,or to step beyond the known and allow ourselves to evolve.

We all have a choice of how we want to live and respond to the world around us. It’s never perfection, it’s having awareness when we stray from our path and give ourselves grace when we fall as we learn and grow. It’s also about and celebrating when we stay the course through life’s challenges and create and maintain new boundaries and practices.

I choose to trust instead of having attachment to an outcome.

I choose to respond to adversity from others with compassion, instead of judgement.

I choose to process my emotions in a healthy, grounded manner rather than reacting with anger or retaliation.

I choose to see the light in others because that is their divine essence.

I choose to bring honesty and integrity to all that I do.

I choose to see the divine gifts in life because if I look for love I find it everywhere.

I choose grace to guide me when mistakes happen, whether they are mine or someone else’s.

I choose love 💜🙏
