Last weeks Free Meditation and Sound was so well received and appreciated that I am offering it FREE again this Thursday August 21 at 6:30 pm

As the CBN fire continues to burn, my heart is with all those evacuated especially those that have lost their homes. Some of them are clients, friends and family💔

I appreciate all the firefighters, volunteers, those sharing their homes and everyone donating clothes, food and money to help.

It is a time of high stress and so much uncertainty and fear. Fear leads to anger, anger to hatred and hatred to suffering. We get to choose consciously how to think and feel and choose to respond rather than react. If we don’t choose consciously, we unconsciously make the choices based on old patterns, programs and beliefs that lead to more suffering.

Let’s gather together in unity and create inner peace💜🙏

Starting Tuesday September 9 at 7 pm Awaken Your Authentic Self, Illuminate Your inner Light 12 week journey that begins with energy clearing and protection, deep dive into our 7 in body chakras and their significance, chakra clearing, sound healing and so much more. Online Offering only, no person option this fall.
