As a health professional and registered healthcare provider, Heather delivers ethical, therapeutic care through a variety of services and is a strong promoter of healthy living and self-healing. Heather works together with clients to develop a strong therapeutic relationship through assessment, treatment plan creation and education in self-care. Her commitment to her services is to provide clients with safe and effective treatments - as well as offer people the opportunity to heal and release stressors from pain and injury, chronic conditions and other physical, mental or emotional blockages caused by everyday life.

“My approach is very wholistic in nature - which means I treat the whole body not just acute signs and symptoms. I created Clarity Garden with the belief all persons deserve to live with comfort, peace, and most of all ‘clarity’ – my intuitive and therapeutic abilities allow me to offer a ‘garden’ of services!”

Anything you do or say gets filtered through the lens of whatever they are going through at that moment, which is not about you .
Just keep doing your thing with as much integrity and love as possible ..

Anyone looking for some flooring??
I know a lot of ppl trying to replace flooring right now - after the floods.

I have some beautiful laminate flooring that will becoming available in the next few weeks.
Suitable for any room in a house or business.
It’s pretty much brand new.
Laid but barely walked on.
Gray tones. Wide plank style boards.

Approx: 1350 square feet.

* I Would consider selling someone 600-700 square feet also - because I have another person needing only 500-600 square feet.

Core Conditioning

Students will explore several wall assisted stretches helping them to develop SAFE and Proper Spinal Alignment - muscle and ligamentous strength - muscle tone and flexibility - increased circulation - core strength and deeper breathing - joint proprioception - and increased range of motion.

3 - 90 minutes classes.
