- Registered and in good standing with MTANS
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Values collaboration and is eager to work as part of an interdisciplinary team alongside physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and other professionals
- Is motivated to grow their caseload and maintain a consistent schedule
- Comfortable working with a variety of clients, including those with acute injuries, chronic pain, and rehabilitation needs
- Demonstrates strong clinical skills
