🌿 24 May I held my breathing workshop, and I want to share what stayed with me after this beautiful experience ✨
For me, it was important to create not just a class, but a space where people could slow down and truly connect with themselves through breathing 🫁
And this really happened 🤍
- Some people noticed for the first time that they breathe very shallowly.
- Some realized that one nostril is almost always blocked and the body may not be getting enough oxygen.
- Others felt how their state changed after simple breathing techniques and a few minutes of silence 🌬️
These were not just “special effects,” but very real and personal observations 🌱
For me, this is the most valuable part of the practice.

It makes me very happy to see that people connect with this format — where yoga is not only about the body, but also about deeper self-exploration through breath, awareness, and presence 🧘♀️✨
After meetings like this, a very warm feeling stays inside ☀️
