Theme:
🎨 “Balance. Seven Centers of Inner Harmony”

Neurographica is a creative art method that helps you bring harmony to your inner state, release tension, and discover new perspectives through drawing.
By using special lines and shapes, we connect the conscious and subconscious mind, activate inner resources, and create a sense of balance and calm.

During the session, we will explore seven centers of inner balance — areas that help us feel grounded, light, strong, and in harmony with ourselves.

Through the drawing process we will:
✨ gently activate each center with lines and colors;
✨ harmonize inner flows;
✨ discover our personal balance between body, emotions, and mind.

To create an atmosphere of warmth and trust, there will be tea and treats to enjoy.

🌿 This summer has been a true season of discoveries and heartwarming encounters. Our yoga community is growing, taking both bold and gentle steps forward.

🤝We met inspiring teachers and became part of the International Day of Yoga Halifax Yoga Fest— a large-scale event where we felt unity and the power of a shared intention: to spread knowledge and practice.

🎼The Sound Healing session with Yuliia Yuliia Diachenkoopened a space of silence and deep acceptance. The sounds of the singing bowls resonated through the body, touched the soul, and brought a sense of peace — as if you were at home.
