👉 “So if your feet get tired easily, and your back aches by the end of the day… this might be why.”

When your feet are flat, they tend to overpronate; meaning they roll inward.

That might not sound like a big deal, but here’s what happens:

➡️ Your ankles collapse inward
➡️ Your knees rotate inward
➡️ Your hips shift out of alignment
➡️ And your lower back has to compensate

Over time, this creates strain on your back muscles and joints.

Think you have a corn??

You might be treating the wrong thing

And this is where people go wrong...

They treat them the same and nothing improves

If it's painful and not going away, it's time to stop guessing.

Most people think heel pain = plantar fasciitis…

So they stretch, roll a ball, or try random insoles.

But here’s the problem 👇
👉 You’re not fixing the cause

If your foot is rolling in, your calves are tight, or your shoes aren’t supportive…every step is re-injuring that same spot. So it feels better for a bit, then the pain comes right back.

If your heel pain isn’t improving it’s not random, you’re just not treating the right thing.

Blisters are caused by repetitive friction, pressure, and moisture leading to separation within the skin😥. Prevention and early management are key to reducing discomfort, infection risk, and promoting healing.

New footwear increases friction and blister risk. Break shoes in gradually and treat early, especially in patients with diabetes to help prevent infection and support healing.

If you have diabetes and a blister, it's important to book in to see a podiatrist! 👣

Noticing redness, swelling, or pain along the side of your toenail? 💢🦶

You might be dealing with an ingrown toenail. It’s one of the most common foot issues we see and they’re much easier to manage when checked early.

If these symptoms sound familiar, we can help assess what’s going on and guide you toward relief.

Your orthotics work hard, every single day. Over time, the materials compress and wear down, reducing the level of support they provide.

If your orthotics are looking tired (or if your pain has started to creep back), it might be time for an upgrade!

The next step? Booking a Biomechanical Assessment! We'll assess your gait, check your current orthotics, and prescribe new ones tailored to your needs. 👣
