Also known as Low Intensity/Level Laser Therapy, Photobiomodulation (PBM) uses a class 3B laser or LED light that improves tissue repair (skin, wounds, muscle, tendon, bone, nerves) and reduces inflammation and pain wherever the beam is applied. This is a dose specific application that uses red and near infra red light. PBM treatment itself can often take 5-20 minutes per area of concern and should be applied 2 or more times a week to begin. PBM is beneficial for both acute and chronic conditions. The earlier an injury is treated, the quicker it responds. What is Massage Therapy? Massage Therapy is defined as the assessment of the soft tissues and joints of the body and treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissues and joints by manipulation to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function, or relieve pain. Locally focused treatments can be expected. Please dress accordingly for your app't in order for area of concern to be assessed & treated. Research shows remarkable healing outcomes for musculoskeletal pain and injury. These include but are not limited to: tendinopathies, osteoarthritis, edema, fibromyalgia, neck pain and low back pain. What is Halotherapy? Halotherapy is an exposure to pure dry salt. Micro sized particles are inhaled and settle on exposed skin. Since dry salt is antibacterial and super absorbent, it actively kills bacteria and reduces inflammation deep in the respiratory system and on the skin. Studies have confirmed that Halotherapy is safe and helps children & adults effectively manage existing respiratory and skin conditions. These include, but are not limited to: acne, asthma, allergies, bronchitis, COPD, cystic fibrosis, eczema and psoriasis. Regular Halotherapy can help prevent common coughs and colds, runny nose and earaches. In addition, Halotherapy calms the nervous system and can also aid your athletic performance by opening your airways. Improve your immune system and overall sense of well being by adding the power of salt therapy to your life. Effects are cumulative. 2-3 sessions a week in order to treat specific concerns is ideal. Incorporating Halotherapy into your life in any fashion for health and wellness will prove beneficial. What is Infrared Sauna? Far infrared waves penetrate into our body and activate the sweat glands. The sweat glands are one of the tools that the body has at hand to eliminate toxins. The skin is actually the largest organ of the human body and is one of the best mechanisms the body has for elimination. Far Infrared light is absorbed by your body and heats from the inside out. This allows air temperature to stay lower, making it easier to breathe in comparison to other types of saunas.
