Lumby & District Health Services Society Lumby & District Health Services Society (LDHSS) is a non-profit charitable organization.

Lumby & District Health Services Society (LDHSS) is a non-profit charitable organization and is directed by volunteer Board of Directors and members who operates in accordance with the provisions of the BC Society’s Act. The Board works in cooperation with the doctors and Interior Health at Lumby Health Centre. LDHSS Board oversees the conduct of the organization’s business and provides direction to the administrator who is responsible for day-to day operations. The Board does not participate in the day-to day administration, but establishes the governing structure with policies and results to be achieved. The Board sets the standards of conduct for the organization and represents the interests of the society and the community in directing the affairs of the organization.
