Four Directions Healing Arts Who are we? What do we offer? Whether
you are seeking relief, renewal or transformation,
we are here to walk beside you. Where are we located?

We are a group of practitioners who are
dedicated to supporting the healing and
wellness of the members of our communities
through holistic practices that are based in
ancient wisdom teachings from around the
globe. We believe striving for balance and harmony in
our lives involves attending to the mental,
emotional, physical and spiritual components
of ourselves. We believe that healing ourselves

and others
ultimately will help heal our Mother Earth and
assist her in continuing to provide all life with
food and medicine. We believe, as humans, we are intimately
connected to Her and all life residing here, as
well as the cosmos, as we are all made of the
same elements. This space is more than a wellness studio-it is a
place where people come to reconnect with
themselves, to feel seen, heard and held. We are in Lumby, BC at the Northern point of the
beautiful Okanagan Valley. We respectfully
acknowledge that we reside on the shared
traditional territories of both the Syilx people of the
Okanagan Nation and the Secwepemc people of the
Shuswap Nation. We are grateful for this land that supports our
healing

We are excited to announce Sunday Sessions! Starting May 3rd.
Please join Rae every Sunday from 2 to 3:30pm for a weekly recalibration through yoga, breath and meditation. 45 minutes of strengthening Hatha and Sun Salutations followed by 45 minutes of deep Yin stretches and meditation. $20 drop ins or you can buy a 5 class pass for $90, which you can also use towards the Sound Bath event at the end of each month.
The last Sunday of every month will be a Yoga and Sound event which will include gentle yoga, a guided meditation and a healing crystal bowl sound bath with Natasha (Soul Alchemy Crystal Sound Healing). These events will be $35 and they are 2.5 hours long 🙂
