✨ Something has been quietly building over the past year.
A deeper listening. A refining. A weaving together of everything I’ve been living and practicing within my work—
and the beginning of something I’m now ready to share. 🌱
🍃 To understand where this is going, I want to take you back to where it began…
One of my first teachers in Thailand spoke no English, yet in every movement, in every touch, she transmitted something that couldn’t be taught with words alone:
the rhythm, the flow, the essence of Thai massage itself.
That experience showed me how deeply grounding this work can be for the nervous system, and it awakened in me the ability to transmit that same presence and flow intuitively.
I carry that with me in every session. ✨
From there, I expanded my practice through advanced Thai massage trainings, Thai medical theory, and other body-centered modalities—each one contributing to the foundation of this work, woven together over two decades into a practice I now hold as both an art and a living form of presence.
About ten years ago, I entered into mentorship to become a teacher.
I began walking that path—learning structure, refining technique, and exploring how to guide others.
During that time, I created and taught a foundational Thai training…
but it became clear I was being called to something different.
So my path shifted.
I felt drawn into more intimate, one-on-one work, primarily with women, and into a deeper exploration of the body through somatic awareness, ta**ra, and the nervous system.
I stepped away from teaching then and followed where the work was leading me.
As I moved more deeply into one-on-one Ta**ra and somatic embodiment sessions—a practice that continues to be a powerful part of my work—I began to notice how the body responds when it feels truly supported.
How presence and nervous system awareness can open spaces that words cannot reach.
Gradually, the work I was doing began to infuse my Thai massage practice.
As my understanding of the nervous system deepened, the sessions began to shift in profound ways:
clients moved more freely, released more fully, and stepped into their bodies with greater ease.
The practice became more alive, more responsive, and more effortless.
Because it isn’t about doing more;
it’s about being fully present. 🤍
📖 About a year ago, after many practitioners had gently encouraged me to teach, I felt a different call:
to begin writing and refining this work.
I developed over 160 Thai massage techniques, weaving together everything I’ve learned from my teachers and integrating it with somatic awareness—allowing something to emerge that feels deeply rooted in my own embodied practice.
Even then, I wasn’t sure I would teach.
It was simply clear that I needed to write.
And now, it feels deeply aligned, and I feel a powerful pull to share this work with you. 🌸
Rather than offering everything in one large training, what feels most alive right now is to share this work through intimate, focused workshops—allowing each layer of the practice to be experienced slowly, embodied deeply, and integrated in a way that truly supports the nervous system.
Each workshop stands fully on its own, while also weaving together into a deeper, more complete experience for those who feel called to continue. 🌱✨
