I'm on a mission to inspire women to be proactive in taking care of their one precious heart and giving them the tools and support to do that. Heart disease is the number one killer of women worldwide and it is preventable 80% of the time. The rest of the time it is manageable with the right tools and support - I'm living proof of that.

We opened LOVE LETTER last night at the Bluenose Lodge. What a privilege to direct my incredibly talented LTC colleagues and in this beautiful play (Pulitzer Prize for Drama nominee, no less!). 🎭

The show runs Thursday-Sunday until Nov. 23rd and is presented as a play with dinner! The three course meal is delicious, by the way! Reserve your ticket by calling 902-634-8851.
