Dynamic Balance Therapy Centre Full life spectrum occupational therapy, counselling, and somatics for children, families, and individuals in Nova Scotia. Established in 2015.

At Dynamic Balance Centre for Occupational Therapy and Counselling we serve:

-children and youth who are having difficulties at home or at school

-adults and families seeking counselling

- babies who are just discovering the joy of movement, and families with questions about their baby's development

-babies, toddlers and young children who are at risk for or diagnosed with developmental delays or challenging conditions of any kind (including children born premature)

-helping professionals and caregivers in need of support

MBU is very excited to be offering all-inclusive, all-ability soccer as part of our Winter PLAY program! Soccability is designed for kids who are Neurospicy and who have physical impairements.

First frosty morning—we know what’s coming! Our winter weather policy follows SSRCE—South Shore Regional Centre for Education. If local schools are closed, we are closed too. If roads are icy along your route, we can always reschedule. There is never a charge for appointments cancelled due to inclement weather!

Any stage postpartum!

Our free Restore Postpartum Rehab Program, offered in partnership with Our Health Centre in Chester, is BACK! This free, 8-week program is designed to help postpartum women improve their fitness, mental health, and pelvic health, through a therapeutic exercise program designed and led by a physiotherapist. Women are encouraged to attend at any stage postpartum (yes, even 10 years or 20 years postpartum). Please help us spread the word.
