Mindfulness is all about awareness. We cultivate our capacity to see more clearly SO THAT we can make choices that bring us closer to wellbeing.
Here’s a mindfulness practice where you pay closer attention to what things nourish you and what things deplete you. Once you discern what these things are, you can begin setting small goals to do less depleting activities and more nourishing ones. For example, I’m getting up early now to do my morning meditation, have my coffee and do some stretches as these are nourishing and give me energy☕️🧘♀️🙆♀️
