We are no longer accepting (clothes and household) donations! We want to thank everyone who has donated to our little thrift store over the past year! Something new and exciting (and tasty 😉) is on the horizon for our front store! With that being said, all our donated clothes and household items must go…Come on in and get any donated item for $2 or under, what ever you’d like to pay!

We have updated our schedule to include two additional yoga classes!
Please pm to sign up for our next series:
5 weeks starting week of February 8th - week of March 8th.
$65 / 5 week series.
There are a maximum of 8 spots in each series, so please pm to secure your spot soon!!

Blessings on Imbolc (later adopted to become Groundhog Day in western culture). The sun returns, the promise of Spring is in the air (ha) and our ancestors looked upon this day with hope that the clutch of winter would soon lessen its grasp. Today is a day for feasts in the name of Brigid - the patron of healing, poetry, childbirth, and livestock. Eat well today, burn some cinnamon sticks, and celebrate the lengthening days.

Is there interest in a daytime yoga class? Our evening class fills up quickly, and we will likely add a second evening class but thought perhaps a daytime spot might interest some folks!

Reminder: Mama and Me Playgroup happens in the studio every Thursday from 10 till 12. We have some light games and songs to book end the program, a play parachute, and a trunk full of fun toys! With the Coffee House BastardCoffeeHouse right next-door there are tons of yummy beverages, and food to choose from! Come join us for some fun with your wee one! 🥰🥰🥰

Friends, this series Yoga class is full (woo woo!!!), BUT there is still 3-4 spots in each Zumba class (Wednesday 9am-10am and 5:30pm-6:30pm). 4 weeks (Jan 14-Feb 4)/$50 ($12.50/class)! Come join us for dancing, exercise, and such a fun fun way to get your cardio in! We ALWAYS have a blast together! 🥰💃🏻😮‍💨🙌🏼

We are moving forward with Zumba and Yoga classes going as 4 week series/$50 (12.50/class)! This should allow for students to not have an intimidating commitment while still honouring instructors’ commitments as well! This current session coming up is running from January 14-February 4.
