Blessings on Imbolc (later adopted to become Groundhog Day in western culture). The sun returns, the promise of Spring is in the air (ha) and our ancestors looked upon this day with hope that the clutch of winter would soon lessen its grasp. Today is a day for feasts in the name of Brigid - the patron of healing, poetry, childbirth, and livestock. Eat well today, burn some cinnamon sticks, and celebrate the lengthening days.

Is there interest in a daytime yoga class? Our evening class fills up quickly, and we will likely add a second evening class but thought perhaps a daytime spot might interest some folks!

Reminder: Mama and Me Playgroup happens in the studio every Thursday from 10 till 12. We have some light games and songs to book end the program, a play parachute, and a trunk full of fun toys! With the Coffee House BastardCoffeeHouse right next-door there are tons of yummy beverages, and food to choose from! Come join us for some fun with your wee one! 🥰🥰🥰

Friends, this series Yoga class is full (woo woo!!!), BUT there is still 3-4 spots in each Zumba class (Wednesday 9am-10am and 5:30pm-6:30pm). 4 weeks (Jan 14-Feb 4)/$50 ($12.50/class)!
