🌟This was the outcome card for a reading I just did, and as I was interpreting it specific to the question asked by my client… I recognized that this is actually a theme for a lot of us right now. Obviously, we know that we constantly need to be letting go of things that no longer serve… But sometimes we think of those things as relationships that are toxic or jobs that are draining us… The obvious things. A lot of times these things that we need to clear or let go of are literally past hopes and dreams of ours that are no longer in alignment with our personal spiritual growth. Things within us not external things ❤️ 

In the reading, I had this analogy pop into my head… It’s like you’re going through stuff from your past, and you find your most favourite T-shirt from when you were 12 years old. And when you were 12, you wore that T-shirt and you loved it and you loved the colour of it and the way that it looked and how it felt and how comfortable and amazing you felt in that T-shirt. But now as an adult, you physically can’t fit in that T-shirt and it would look ridiculous 😂 not to mention uncomfortable… It doesn’t mean it wasn’t absolutely perfect and magical for you at that time in your life. It just means that now you’ve outgrown that and it’s time to find a new magical T-shirt.

We are in the waning gibbous phase… what do you need to release?

Here’s a simple & magically effective practice to release:

The time leading up to the full moon is the best time to focus on releasing, ending or completing.
We have 23 days before the next full moon…(Dec 15)

1. Write down 1-3 things you want to release. (ie fear, grief, anger)
2. If you are able to, burn that piece of paper, if you are unable to burn it, speak it out loud with the intention that you are releasing these things that you no longer want… And as you are speaking it out loud shred the paper.
3. The night of the full moon repeat this.
4. On another piece of paper that you will keep.. write 1-3 things you want to call in…. (ie self-love, forgiveness, joy) and put them somewhere where you will see them everyday. 💚⭐️💚
