As we move into the summer season, I've decided to make some changes to the schedule, starting the week of May 20th. (this week!!)
I'll be merging my Wednesday & Thursday Flow Yoga classes into just one evening weekly class on Wednesdays - PLEASE NOTE the NEW time: 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm.
Also, the Tuesday Flow Yoga class will be shortened by 15 minute, running from 9:30 am - 10:30 am.
I look forward to continuing our practice throughout the summer!!

Join me at the 17th Annual Holistic & Healing Spring Fair on April 5th & 6th at the Best Western, Main Convention Room in Bridgewater. Both Tracy and I will be set up all weekend with the holistic community provide healing support, comfort and connection.
We have some great door prizes and a SPECIAL YOGA OFFER only available during this weekend and we'll be booking mini 'SESSIONS' for the many other modalities we offer at Blockhouse Yoga. A real 'FEEL GOOD' (and timely) event for Spring!

My Flow Yoga class this evening at 6 pm will be ONLINE ONLY. I just fell on my driveway this morning. I'm fine, just a little bruised, but I took this as a warning.
I'm terrified to walk up my long, icy driveway in the dark this evening. I don't scare easily, but until it warms up a bit, I really want to play it safe. I also want everyone else to play it safe too. It looks like after today, things start warming up a bit and the salt will be able to do its thing melting and breaking up the ice.
