We’re so happy to share that Michele has expanded her hours with us ❤️

Michele is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Eastern College Halifax Campus in 2020. She has a passion for working with clients in their recovery from acute or chronic pain, injuries and postural imbalances.

Her chosen techniques include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue release and Swedish while encouraging deep relaxation. She also implements new variations that she learns through continuing educational courses including therapeutic hot stone, cupping and RAPID NeuroFascial Reset.

Michele’s goals in treatment are to promote positive changes in each client’s health and well-being and help to alleviate pain.

During Michele’s time away from the clinic she enjoys photography, kayaking, cooking and spending time with her family.
