Sharing on behalf of the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia:
Fostering Community - Wednesday, September 24, 1:30 - 3:30PM at the St. Stephen's Community Centre, 54 Regent Street in Chester.
Fostering Community is an event by the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia, providing education on dementia-related topics, including the importance of community connections. This event will showcase resources in and around our community to support those living with dementia.
There will be three guest speakers sharing their lived experiences speaking about their connections and support in our community, which was a highlight of last year's event!
The following exhibitors will be available from 1:30 - 2:30PM and after the 2:30PM presentation is finished:
