🌑 New Moon Sauna Session 🌑

This new moon, I’m inviting you into a deeply intentional experience of movement, release, and renewal with me The Sweaty Panda Inc.

We’ll begin outside with gentle somatic movement and sound bowls as a group—awakening the body and softening into presence. From there, we’ll move inside the sauna. You’ll be guided through a meditation, allowing your body to somatically unlock stagnant energy in your body, especially focusing on sacral chakra energy—your center of creativity, emotion, and connection, ancestral trauma and your own stored traumas.

To integrate and release, we’ll step into the ocean for a cold plunge—grounding the body, clearing energy, and anchoring your intentions. (optional but recommended to try!)

The sauna experience will also include energy cleansing and Reiki, allowing your body and nervous system to fully receive, reset, and restore.

This is a space to reconnect with yourself, move what’s been stagnant, and align with the new cycle ahead.
