Hey all! Tania here😃 I have some news…I have made a very difficult decision and will be leaving Maidstone at the end of February. I will moving to Lloyd full time to continue and grow with my RAPID NFR. I will only be doing my RAPID there. I can’t thank you all enough for your trust and support. It has been an amazing 7.5 years and I have loved every minute of it. I have made so many friends and built so many relationships❤️💙Thank you all for everything!! I know there a few gift certificates out there so try to use them up before I go😁

What is it? Well...
It is a specific treatment to your need. It is a neurologically based, active, therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous systems role in alleviating tension and restrictions within the body. In a nut shell, we search for adhesions within the tendons and pin them to the bone. Then we get you to do a certain range of motion that typically lengthens the muscle we are working on. During the movement, it can get a little uncomfortable/painful, but when the movement is done and we release the pressure, the discomfort is gone. -Our specific protocols stimulate the hypothalamus, reducing overall tone of the musculature.
-Our protocols incorporate stretch, and very specific pressures that stimulate the autonomic nervous system to increase blood flow to the affected tissues.
-Our protocols affect the sensory feedback to the brain which is THREE times more abundant than the motor output. (This is the missing piece to many therapies)
-The RAPID method allows the body to let go of neurological holding patterns thus treating the body as a whole rather than parts.
RAPID is empirically based and backed by neuroscience.
