This is my last day as Front Shop Manager for Manitowaning Pharmacy. I have feelings of sadness and feelings of anticipation about what life will bring to me in my semi-retirement. I am sad that I am leaving my extended family which included my staff, and most of the customers that I have been in touch with over my 14+ years as manager. I gave 100% to this business that seemed like my own at times. The time has come for me to move on to things that give me feelings of self worth, health and happiness. This will not be easy, but I am more than ready to give it a try!! I am sure that in time, things will function very well without me, and it will be as if I was never here!! Thanks to the staff and the customers, who make this Pharmacy what it is!!

Just reminding everyone about our Christmas Customer Appreciation days this Friday and Saturday! We will be having lots going on....free box of chocolates with purchase, as well as free wool blanket with purchase....door prize, children's draw, discounts on Christmas Decor and toys, as well as Everyday Giftware!!! Stop by for a cookie and hot chocolate!!

Reminding our customers that Customer Appreciation day is just around the corner. It will be Friday Dec 8th and Sat. Dec 9th! There will be discounts on Everyday Giftware, Christmas Giftware and Decor, as well as Children's Toys. We will also be giving away boxes of Chocolates for the 1st 10 customers who spend $25. (not including lottery or prescriptions). There will be LOTS more going on so....stay tuned!!

Just working out the final details for our Christmas Customer Appreciation Days....yes this year it will be held for 2 days to give even more appreciation to our valued Customers! It will be on December 8th and 9th !! We will be having a Door Prize Draw, and a Children's Draw, as well as our usual Giveaways! Stay tuned..... more details will be revealed as the event gets closer!! This is to happen leading up to the Parade of Lights on Dec 9th!!

One of our customers has left a cane at the Pharmacy. It is a metal cane with a grey handle and grey cane tip. If it is yours, or you know of someone who has lost their cane, give us a call at 705-859-2323!! Hope we can find its owner, it was left here almost 2 weeks ago!

NOTICE: Official word was emailed to our Sears outlet today to let us know that October 31st will be our last day of being a "Sears Agent". We will no longer be able to accept returns after October 31st. If you have an order in transit, it will be shipped to you, or to our warehouse, for pick-up up until our final day of operations on October 31st. We would like to thank all of our Sears customers who have used our outlet for your Sears
pick-ups in the past. Lastly, the sears.ca website has also been shut down. A sad day for loyal Sears customers to see it come to the end!
