People leave us with much, as one fills u with joy the other with pain .
In a million ways we touch one another, damages done invisible to the eyes . What's been left within you is now yours to do with .
To hold true compassion is to accept the darkness given to you . The true humility of "IS" .
Do not seek to return the pain to its giver .
Forge this darkness into strengths, resilience, endurance, peace .
Anger, resent , sorrow, seeking justice takes the forefront continuously drinking it's poison.
Wether your pains are deserved or not must become irrelevant.
It must stop as it enters you , forged into light , for what you hold within will either poison you or heal you 💚
