Life is pleasure and pain. This is a great truth. So we can not escape the uncertainty, and painful moments that come to all of us in this life. So we can look at the suffering we're feeling in any moment and have unshakeable faith in life and what will come our way later. This is the only way. Use every experience to gain more wisdom and confidence for taking the next step in life.
