Thursdays, a short little registered program at Albion Community Centre, 10:30-11:30 on Thursdays this December- bring the littles, free them from the strollers (we have mats and balls), mingle with other moms while you get your workout on, the littles socialize and I keep a close eye on all of you for a productive hour (Tabata Circuit) Sign up online or at the front desk!
