Self compassion is more than pampering yourself at the spa, or treating yourself to a good meal. Self compassion is asking yourself what you need to feel safe and cared for. It is offering yourself the same love and respect you give to others. Sunflower Yoga offers two small group self compassion classes. These groups meet online once per week. The next 6 week set of classes is starting soon. We're excited to announce our upcoming 7-week series of gentle yoga classes starting the week of September 8th! Whether you prefer the intimate setting of our boutique Maple Ridge studio or the comfort of your own home, we've got you covered. Our classes are led by a skilled yoga therapist specializing in adaptive yoga, ensuring everyone can participate and benefit.

Here's the schedule:
Mondays 9:30 - 10:45 am - Gentle Yoga using a chair as a prop.
Mondays 7:30pm - 8:45pm - Slow Flow Hatha Yoga - mat-based class.
Thursdays 9:30am - 10:45am - Yoga for Strength and Balance using a chair and mat-based class.
Saturdays 9:30am - 10:45am - Yoga for back and core strength using some props and mat-based class.
Each class offers a variety of modifications to cater to your needs. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, you'll find a class that suits you.
