We are thrilled to announce that registration is NOW OPEN for our brand-new series of Kinesiologist-Led Group Classes at Asana Physiotherapy! Whether you’re looking to bulletproof your back, level up your child’s agility, or simply build a rock-solid foundation of strength, we have a specialized program designed just for you.

Our Kinesiologists bring expert movement science to every session, ensuring you move safely, effectively, and with confidence.

🗓️ THE SPRING LINEUP:

Foundations Strength Training: Master the basics of free weights and functional movement.
Tuesdays, 6:00 – 6:45 PM

Coordination & Agility (Ages 7–12): Building athleticism and body control through fun, engaging play.
Thursdays, 3:30 – 4:15 PM

Back Relief & Core Stability: Targeted movements to soothe discomfort and protect your spine.
Mondays, 5:15 – 6:00 PM

Knee Care & Strength: Low-impact exercises to improve stability and reduce joint stress.
Saturdays, 9:45 – 10:30 AM

60+ Strength & Balance: Maintain independence and boost mobility in a supportive environment.

Sciatica isn't a diagnosis itself—it’s a symptom of something happening in your lower back or hip. Whether it’s a disc issue or a tight piriformis muscle, the "wait and see" approach often leads to more stiffness and frustration.

At Asana Physiotherapy, we don't just treat the leg pain; we find the source. Our approach includes:

Hard to believe it’s already been one year since we opened the doors to our expanded clinic in the Brickwater building? What a journey it has been. Moving into this beautiful space in the heart of Maple Ridge wasn't just about more square footage or new equipment—it was about creating a better environment for your healing, recovery, and wellness.
