Fitness Friday tried to end me today 😂💀
There’s nothing like that moment you finish a workout and suddenly stairs become…
a full-body negotiation.

Me, 2 minutes post-leg day:
“Am I strong? Yes.”
“Let’s take the stairs back. Ow, ow, ow, ow…”

But honestly — thank GOODNESS for my Happy Juice because without that mood + energy boost…

Sunday reset = real food time 🍽️✨

Sundays I usually have a few extra minutes, so today I spent just 30 minutes making homemade beef jerky. Because it’s super important to me that we eat real food in our house—no dyes, no weird oils, just simple ingredients we can pronounce. Time well spent = grab-and-go protein for the week. 🙌
