Job Description:
We are an established local pharmacy in Maple Ridge, BC, and have been serving the community since 2011.

Salary: $18 - $26 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements:
- Looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable person who can work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong customer service skills and good communication skills are essential.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Familiar with using Kroll software is an asset.
- 1-year experience preferred.

Job Duties:
- Prepare medications for clients.
- Blister package processing.
- Enter patient information to file and check prescriptions.
- Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate.
- Enter client information in databases.
- Bill third-party insurers.
- Complete pharmacy orders and returns.
- Answer and respond to phone calls.
- Arrange products in pharmacy and perform basic cleaning.

Additional benefit & Bonus.

- Extended medical insurance.
- Bonus based on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

We are so pleased to let you know that ALL BC residents born in 1981 or earlier, turning 40+ this year) are eligible THIS WEEK to register for their COVID vaccine!

BC is moving down the list every few days, so please check the booking website below daily for when your turn comes up. All adults will likely be eligible within the next few weeks.

**Please protect yourself from the very high risk of catching Covid and possibly requiring hospitalization or ICU, as the province is approaching danger zones and may end up having to ration emergency care if hospitals exceed capacity.**

Born in 1966 or earlier (55+) or Indigenous and born in 2003 or earlier (18+) - You can register now.

As of April 7: The following groups are now eligible to book their COVID-19 vaccination appointment:

✔️ People age 70+ (born in 1951 or earlier) in Richmond, Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Lions Bay, Sunshine Coast, Powell River, Whistler, Squamish, Pemberton and Bowen Island

✔️ Indigenous peoples age 18+

✔️People who are clinically extremely vulnerable and have received a patient invitation letter

If you belong to one of these groups, you can now book online at gov.bc.ca/getvaccinated or call 1-833-838-2323.

AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD vaccine

✔️If you are 55-65 (born in 1956-1966) and interested in receiving the AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD vaccine in the Lower Mainland, please book an appointment directly with a participating pharmacy or join their waitlist.
